Transforming the underutilized site with former LA Time building to be converted into a creative office for MGA Headquarter.

The apartment complex surrounds the MGA HQ and offers variety of amenities to the site. Public amenities include: amphitheater, dog park, trails, sports park, community gardens, swimming pools, and commercial spaces for future tenants.

The project is currently under construction and entire project is expected to complete by 2022.
