Interesting facts about the project:

PATH Metro Villas Campus adds 187 apartments with individualized supportive services, community areas, and two health clinics to PATH’s homeless services support center.

​

Phase 1 includes the development of Building A which provides 65 affordable housing for homeless individuals. The project includes large spaces for clinical services, case management offices, a community room with a teaching kitchen, 3 landscaped and furnished rooftop decks, bicycle storage space, and laundry facilities.
